My mother has just passed away, she aparantly redid her will on sept 15 08 to leave everything to my one sister, Is there any way of viewing the old will? Is is recorded on the county web site I have looked but there is no registar of will in hillsborough county florida.

If you want to do that just because you want to see why your mom changed her mind and left you out of the will, then I suggest that you hire your own attorney just in case you want to dispute any changes.
