Will the statement below prevent employees from taking our customers?

"During your employment with, or within two (2) years of your separation from "company", you agree not to solicit, either directly or indirectly, business from, or undertake to provide services to, any customers serviced by you while you were employed by "company", or any other "company" customers."
Additional information
heating and cooling trade. no trade secrets and the techs have previous training.
 
You can't prevent anyone from doing anything.

You could bring a legal action if they violated a sugned agreement.

I suggest you vet your document with your attorney.

An employer must be very careful when utilizing non-compete covenants.

I'm not sure yours would be useful to you.

It isn't smart to trust your business decisions to anonymous, Internet strangers!
