who's has right to the house

My husband and I recentley purchased a house and are now thinking of divorce. My name is the only one on the deed (his credit was to bad to qualify for the loan) and I am wondering who will have legal rights to the house if we do decide on divorce. We did purchase the house together and he is listed as an occupant on the FHA paperwork but the accual loan is in my name.

Since you bought the house during your marriage, it's marital property. Most likely any equity in the house will be divided between you.
