I know anyone can come to a trial, but how about a hearing? I know the petitioner and the respondent but can anyone else go in besides lawyers?
Who is allowed in a court hearing?

ok, I called. I guess anyone can go in...but they can't say a thing..they can sit in the back and listen. They said it is open to the public.
It is for Family court and I am asking for sole custody along with relocation and visitation modification.
