where do i stand

my husband died. He had a will he made when his first wife was alive. he has one adult son. can the force me and/or sell our house and all my stuff since that will left everything to him in the event of his mothers death. i am on the mortgage but not the deed.

Little Confusing!

A little clarification, please!

Did your husband's will leave everything to his ex-wife and then to his son on her passing? Is she still alive? Has the will been probated? Etc.

I am very sorry for your loss.
