When to stop payments

I have been paying child support w/arrears since '99. The child will turn 21 at the end of this year, will the garnishment of my pay automatically stop or is there some sort of legal thing that I have to do to get it to stop? If anyone can answer please help thanks.

Do I have to keep paying support even if child is not going to school age19

I have a child that is 19 years of ago, doesn't want to go to school or get a job, he is know longer living will his mother, what can I do. He is living with his uncle my brother.

Check with your state - I don't think you have to pay if he is 19 and not in school. The states have specific guidelines. Good luck.
