i havce been married to my wife for a year now. And im just not happy. i think i want to leave but there are a few things that are on my mind the house is in her name so she would get that but we ahvea truck in both our names and a car in my name. i want her to keep the car she will need it. but if she dont want the hosue is there a way for me to take over the loan? also will i have to pay any money to her as well?

For a marriage that short both of you should leave with whatever you brought into it. You likely will not have to pay her alimony after such a shot marriage.

You guys can try and work out anything you want as far as the cars and house but if the car is in your name and on the loan, if she is late on payments it will affect your credit.
