Yes I was wondering how to terminate my parental rights and, or reduce child support from out of state????
I just moved to Arizona while the mother and chile live in Indiana. Is there a way to do either of these things without having to go back to Indiana? If so how?
Please help me out
Thanks

Absolutely not. You have to support this child. You moved, if you do not see the child that is your problem. There is no way the courts are going to let you terminate rights or stop child support becuse you moved out of state. Indiana has jurisdiction here so you cannot file anything in AZ and you are entitled to a CS decrease only if you can prove a deduction in wages.
