Ok i and my wife split up last september . I was payying her $100 week for support . and i was showing only 250 / week for income . then i lost my job went thru some healt problems . she recently applied for food stamp and stuff . and now SS is taking me court for child support.
My question is . What is gonna happen when i get there . I own nothing and have no job . but I ll be going to New York after the court date and start working .
