I rentcently was staying at a hotel with my child an employee tried to break in room and attack us. I was also chased I could not get to a phone to call the police I beg the hotel nothing was done the male employee is currently in jail I am having a hard time finding what kind of lawyer I would need for this case. I have called the lawyer referell sevice no one picks up thier phone lines are down. Please someone help me. My young son is afraid to stay in hotels. What are my rights as well? Oh I almost forgot I am in raleigh NC.
