What is going on?

At what point does DCS violate a child's rights, or the parents right to be treated fairly? I don't think I am getting either one, and I have evidence of both. I'm not being allowed unsupervised visits with my child, have been driving long distances (8hrs or more) every week to see him for almost a year now. I have other details, but it would take far too long to type and be too much to read. What can I do?*
