Hello,


I have two question!! I have No Lawyer!

1. Witness lists and amendments thereto must be filed by August 29, 2008-- What dose this consist of, and what forms do I need to file?

2. All discovery must be complete by September14, 2008--What dose this consist of and what forms do I need to file?

All I want is half of her 401K she sold, she told my oldest son she sold it so I wouldn't get any!!! and is their a way to find out how much is in her 401K? or can I summons it to court?

Requiring her to disclose the 401k is part of the discovery process. This is a forum, not a free attorney service. You need to spend some time at your local law library or hire an attoreny.
