Hi! I just came from court yesterday concerning my child support modification case and opposing attny tried to implement something called "Jackson Points"...I was wondering if anyone knows what this means??? the judge would not let him impose these, "Jackson Points" because my ex's hands were "dirty" meaning he owes me money for past Med/Dental payments..Any ideas?? Thank You for your help..
