what are anulment options

Hello My boyfriend did a crazy thing and married someone. He stated it was mistake and left immediately after the ceremony.( no cohabiting or consummation) He did sign the marriage certificate but he did not consent for his "wife" to apply for the license she did this behind his back before hand since he had no intention of getting married. Also he was under the influence during the mass ceremony is he eligbile for annulment in Michigan he has only been married one month and wants to end it asap. please help !!
