Website photo directory

I was looking at the website that my prior employer has and within their directory I see a picture of myself. I was fired for missing 1 day back in December. My name is known in the industry for high quality work. I allowed them to take my photo and use it on their website when I was employed by them but upon termenation would they be obligated to remove my photo and name as one of their employees? I live in California. Please advise.

No they are not obligated to remove the name and photo. You can ask them nicely for them to have them removed from their website but your history with them will never go away. Good Luck!

they are advertising my services but I am not serving their customers. Seems like plagorism to me
