website ownership and and copy of new features for a foreigner

I am an Iranian citizen and have no work visa and any other visa other than a tourist for any country.
I've designed a social website that is different from other websites, and i needs some advice to set it up.
In my country, setting up social sites is prohibited and may even create legal problems for me
That's why I want to leave my country and set up the site.
Given that I do not have permission to work in any country and there is no copyright law in my country, I have a few questions

1- the set up a website in countries like the UK is a work?
And does need a work visa?
2-can i have the site ownership (and new facilities ownership)?
3-just by set up the website do I own the site? do i need to record in the copyright law to have the ownership?
or I do not need to register or have copyright
can someone else copy of my new features from my website by not record it to copyright?

If you're in the USA or any other country ILLEGALLY, I suggest you return to the country where you hold citizenship.
