I lost my parental rights and my daughter was adopted by my brother and his now ex-wife who live in Michigan. I need to know at what age does my daughter have the right to choose where and with whom she wants to live and can come back to live with me her biological mother in Nebraska without having to have permission from my brother or his ex-wife, her adopted parents?

1. She is no longer you daughter. She is LEGALLY your niece.

2. At 18 a person can decide where and with whom they live.

you have no rights whatsoever to the child. You are a legal stranger. When the child is 18 she is free to see you if she desires.
