Mu baby and I were both positive for meth when he was born. I went to inpatient for 55 days, completed. Now I am going to meetings, random drug testing and iop. My case is voluntary. When can I stop services with CPS? I signed a plan with CPS but there is no expiration date on it. When do they expire? Can I call my worker and tell her that I no longer want to do it anymore? Since my case is voluntary and I am sober, can they take my child from me?

You likely can discontinue at any time you choose, however if CPS has legitimate concerns about the welfare of the child they can petition the court to intervene.
I suggest you begin a conversation with the case worker to learn what they see as a reasonable end to the agreement.
