I posted last week about a protective order that my daughter's father is trying to get appealed. Well I took her this weekend to meet him like I did 2 weeks ago. This time, she screamed and begged me not to let her go. She would not go to her father and was crying horribly. Everytime he went to grab for her or hold her she kept saying please mommy no I don't want to go. I tried to place her in his car and she jumped out. I do not know why. So he said he would get her the next day. He wanted to give her time I guess to calm down. So I was supposed to meet him the following day. I didn't receive any type of communications. So I emailed him at 2pm to see if he was still getting her. He tells me no because he isn't in the state and he will get her tomorrow. I didn't receive a call or text or email. So now my child tells me she is afraid to go to his house. She is lonely there and it is very cold and he is mean when she is there. I know she is only 2 and I shouldn't give her a choice because she is 2, but I am concerned. She was acting like he was going to kill her if she went. What can I do? The visitation order is in the protective order. And just to add more information, he just recently got married to some one after to my knowledge only knowing her for 2 months. I do not know anything about this person or her background. And also when we were together, he never provided or cared for my daughter.
