I would appreciate if someone could help me out.
I live overseas in Asia. I was hired by a small company in NewYork City last year to set up their business here in asia. Recently, I was terminated from my employer. I reluctantly accepted this sudden termination as there seemed to be no other option. The method of termination was unfair and unprofessional, but my real concern is that the company has not paid me the salary, and expenses. The outstanding payment is a little over 10K USD, which is a good amount of money for me. How can I get them to pay me. Management has been dodging me ever since the last day of work. I have not been able to contact them.
