Unpaid Leave

I resigned from my previous company, and my last day at work was on the 24th of March.

Up to date I still have not received my outstanding leave pay.

What should I do as all my corospondence with them don't get answered.
 
1) What exactly do you mean by "outstanding leave pay"? Are you talking about earned but unused vacation time? Paid sick days? Paid personal days? Something else?

2) What State are you in?
 
Unless you have a contract that says otherwise, no law in any state requires that you be paid anything except vacation time, and only some states require the payout of vacation.

You need to answer Beth's questions before we can answer yours.
