Unpaid For Snow Day

IS IT LEGAL FOR A SMALL COMPANY (CREDIT UNION) NOT TO PAY
YOU FOR A DAY THEY DECIDED TO CLOSE .....DUE TO WEATHER?
WE AS EMPLOYEES HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO NOT SHOW UP IF
THE BUILDING IS CLOSED... CORRECT?

Why should a company pay you for a day where you did not work due to inclement weather? Unless set forth in a contract to the contrary, I would say the answer is probably no.

Your employer is not liable for mother nature, and NO they don't have to pay you. ie. would you expect to have a job if a tornado wiped out the building? It's likely everyone would be terminated and it would be legal to do so... in most every state.
