My ex-husband moved to England to evade paying child support for our daught and did not move back to the United States until after she turned 23.

There is an outstanding balance of $34,000 of unpaid support. How do I file to get this money?

You can try a child support collection agency. You might have better luck than going through your local CSE or AG.
