is it legal for a union member to follow home a non-union member to his house when they claim to have a strike going against the company, and does it matter if it is a company or personal car.

I'm sorry, did you really ask me if a state legislature somewhere passed a law that limits where a union member, or even a non-union member, can go during a strike?
Are you SERIOUSLY asking me if there's a law that says that where a person can and cannot go is defined by their union status?

In short, as long as the person is where they have a lawful right to be, then there is no law preventing them from traveling the same way you travel.
If it happens daily, or in combination with some other intimidating actions, you might have a case for stalking or some manner of intimidation (as appropriate under the laws of your un-named state).
Until some other actions occur, this does not appear to be a crime.
