ungrateful son

I built a home and put my 2 adult sons ( I have a minor son whose mane has not been added due to age) names on the title as joint tennants in common. I figured when I die, it would go to them automatically. Now I regret it. I would like to take one of those names off the title. Can I do that? If so, how?

The title on property can be changed via a recorded deed. Go to the Assessor's Office to have that done. Make sure that change is registered first at the Clerk and Recorder's office before the Assessor's records are modified to reflect any changes. Good Luck!
