Unemployment Appeal

I recently started receiving my unemployment checks after my former company let me go. Just before the deadline for an appeal occurred, my company decided to respond to the claim, and file that appeal. The reason they are giving for my dismissal is slightly different from what I was lead to believe I was dismissed for. If I lose my appeal, will I be help responsible for the unemployment I have received up to this point? Thanks for any information.

If you lose the appeal, you CAN be required to repay what you have already received. Whether you WILL be required to repay it is unknown.
