1. What are the laws regarding someone taking hidden/unaware pictures of their spouse inside of their home in the state of PA.
2. What if they were posted without the spouse knowing on websites

I suggest you discus this with local law enforcement or a local attorney.
The area of internet law, pictures taken surreptitiously without permission is evolving.
You need very specific advice, real advice from a PA attorney(s) or PA law enforcement.
This is much more problematic than taking your picture, as it could have implications about the state of your marriage, insofar as your husband is concerned.
