Went to pre-trial and judge says turn in exhibits and witness list 20 days before trial. I had these lists at pre-tiral and gave my wife's attorney a copy. I have another appraiser who will do an updated appraisal of property (other appraisal is 9 months old), so can I add this witness and exhibit, as long as I turn it in 20 days before trial?
