Transfer title to daughter from deceased

the mother passed away and left the house (paid for - no mortgage) to her daughter. The daughter has been paying the taxes however wants the house in her name for tax purposes. What form would I file for her (with the County Recorder) to accomplish this. She has little $$$ for attorney so I am helping her do this. Thank you very much.

A Quit Claim Deed presented with the death certificate-- I would contact the County Recorders office to make sure-- I would also hand deliver this to the recorders office with your daughter in hand too.

The daughter was the executriss of the will. The will stated the daughter was to inherit the house.
