Good Day, My husband has residency in Florida and I have residency in Pennsylvania. Should I file in Pennsylvania because there is debt owed to me from him and he has also committed adultry and expecting a child with the woman. However, I just want the debt owed to me and legal fees paid. Please advise.

Thank You

You should speak with a lawyer in PA.
Filing for divorce in FL, against a FL resident is easier for him; but harder for you.
If you and he agree, he might file for no fault divorce.
Otherwise, if he agrees, you can file for no fault in PA.
Either way, legal service will be somewhat difficult, unless you reach a compromise agreement.
You might want to discuss your legal options with an attorney.
The first meeting is usually at no charge to you.
You can educate yourself, then decide.

The debts you think he owes you, forget it.
You're liukely never to see him be required to repay you.
Married people tend to commingle funds.
Unless you have a signed promissory note, repayment might be all but out of the question.

Again, see an attorney in your area and educate yourself.
