Things I can and cannot have on my exibits

Can I make exhibit on a poster to show and tell the Jury about my case, identify the defendants and why I am suing. It is like a road map highlighting few evidences that I intend to go in detail during the trial. I would like to make a few posters to help me in my opening statement.

Do I have to get jud's permission to bring up an exibit?

I would like to know what are the things I can are and I cannot have on a so called exhibits? can I use few exibits for my opening as a road map as to where I wil be going/

Please direct me where i can get more information on this suject

You can use outlines and such in your opening. You can not use exhibits that need to be evidence like pictures or anything like that. You want to use those in your closing and to do that you have to submit them as evidence. You need a lawyer, what are you trying to do?
