As children are not chattel, be advised what you desire to do won't be easy and sometimes isn't granted.
In fact, it is denied more often than it is granted!

Why in the world would you want to do this? Most of the time you cannot unless the child is being adopted. You cannot terminate your parental rights just to get out of paying child support. You do not have to see the child but you must pay support if the mother files for it or goes on gov't assistance.
