My friend signed a temporary guardianship of her child to a friend and now the friend refuse to give the child back. Saying that the biological mom is unfit to get her child back. So a judge said that she had to prove herself by following her verbal command (without) going to court. She has a place to live, a job, and stable. She just got out of jail. That's the reason she gave temporary guardianship of her child in the first place. The guardianship papers were signed by both parties in front of a notary republic...not a Judge. What can she do?
