Support changes for MI

I live in MI and heard that the child support rules are changing in OCT. 2008. I have tried to do some searches on the internet and found the new guildlines that Michigan will be using. But I have not found what the changes will be and/or how they will affect us. Does anyone know what they will be and can explain them in laymans terms.
