Supeona for text messages

I am pretty sure that my husband is cheating on me. I know that if I can get a copy of his text messages log I will be able to find out. Only problem is we have service with Alltel and the only way that I can get this information is to get a supeona for the records. I don't have the money right now to get a lawyer and would like to make sure I am correct before making any decisions to help keep the children from going through any unnecessary stress. How can I go about getting these records without it costing me very much money?

There is no easy answer if any. What might be easier is to just file for Divorce

There is no cheap way to get those records (if they exist) unless your husband can manage to get them for you. If you do not trust him and believe that he is sending and receiving text messages from another woman, I suspect the marriage is done with anyway.
