Sueing an ex on false pretense after the divorce

My fiancée is divorced and she got everything she is now Sueing him on breach of contract. We want to file a counter suit adding she married him from the beginning only because he was a professional athlete. This is her second marriage he adopted child from her first marriage and now she is stopping his biological children from talking to him. Same she did In previous marriage lying to get sole custody of his kids and take what little he has left any advice?
