Stuck In America.

Hello,

Im a canadian citizen, who is stuck down here right now. My husband and i have separated.. he kicked us out, and gave a letter stating that he is allowing me to take our son to canada. However he has revoked this letter now, and wants me to hand over my son to his father and go back on up to canada without my son. i have no money, and am struggling to get answers as to what to do. the canadian embassy cannot seem to help me out. Is there anyone on here that could help me out?

Have you officially divorced your husband? If yes, what are the custody terms? Have you looked around in your area for pro-bono attorneys who can help you?
