Step parent adoption

We are finalizing the adoption of my daughter to my husband. We need a form to put in the newspaper to run for 3 weeks. What is the form? It's suppose to let the bio father know. He won't care. He has no rights and hasn't seen her or tried to contact in nine years.

You will need to talk to the court clerk and/or an attorney before doing this so that you do it correctly. The court clerk should know the forms/procedure.
