My previous employer (I left in March 2005) is attempting to sue me for what they claim are unauthorized charges to a company credit card. I lived in California at the time working for a Minnesota based company. They are now filing in the County where I now live in Mississippi. What if any limitations are there for this? What about any jurisdiction issues? I have 30 days to respond.
