Your question is too vague. In most states, you can be fired for any reason.

Your company might have an appeal process in which you can appeal it in a certain amount of time, but chances are you might not have any case at all.

how do you know if i have a case? actually i have 2 separate cases. oh yeah. im betting i will win. both. both against federal government both located in virginia. right now i just need to know statue of limitaions not if i will or not.

Then if you think you will win, go see an employment law attorney. Just because it was the fed gov't does not mean you have more of a case. People get lawfully fired all the time from the gov't.

dont worry i will. one more fact in my favor is one person was fired for the same thing, sued and won. thanks for playing.
