Spoural and Child support

My husband and I been marriage for 4 years, and have a 3 years old son and I am 5 months pregnant with my second child. I am a stay home mom and now we are ready to call it quit. He has keep all the money and I am not on any of his account. We have marriage certificate and if I am divorce him did I get anything and I want him to pay for spoural and child support until I am gave birth and ready to go back to work force.

File for divorce and child support - you may wish to wait until the second child is born.

Where were you married?
In Texas, you can receive temporary spousal support, while the divorce is pending.
You will also get child support, assuming you are granted custody of the child.
I suggest you speak with a lawyer.
Go in person, and the lawyer's fees will be paid out of the the marital estate.
That is the money he has made, while you have been married.
Do not worry about having money, the lawyer will make sure he pays for the costs.
