slander/libel/defame by certified teacher

I have been slander by the certified teacher and the Asst Superintendent of schools, is covering it up and now they are trying to make me out to be the problem, I am being force to give up my job next school year, because I am a Aide and she is the teacher. Eventhough this teacher has talk about guns as a mean to shoot a person, abortions and other employees sex life to the students. What can I do to fight these people.
