Signing Divorce Papers

From NY - What happens if a wife refuses to sign divorce papers if the husband won't meet her ridiculous demands? How long can this go on for if neither party will budge? Thank you.

You should be asking your attorney this. You can ask for a default judgement because the other party is being unreasonable and since the other party is refusing to settle, its possible.
