i was offerd a counter settlement for 3700 so that i would not go to court against wallmart inc but instead of giving me my money up front they want to issue it in wages meaning they will issue it in pay checks as if iwas fairly employed by them they say i will get a w2 at the end of the year i dont accept this little catch and i would like all the money up front is there any law that can help me out

Maybe you should realize that you're the only one who can decide whether to settle or not. Strangers on a message board can't tell you what to do.

i am aware of my options but my hole reason for needing advise on the law in wiscosin on dscimination settlements or some typ of u.s.c laws that can help
