if the judge didn't sign the divorce papers, when i had copied WORD FOR WORD the way that a LAWYER had written it, should i consider filing a grievance against that judge in the hopes that another judge would be able to hear my case. Basically, the judge is feeling that i should pay MORE than the money we have agreed upon which will be difficult for me to pay because i am making a very low wage. I know people who make almost 3 times more a year than i do who are only paying 200 more a month in child support...
