My jurisdiction is: Ohio
I am a male shareholder (one of many shareholders) in a Subchapter S corporation. Can I be rightfully terminated if discovered having a secret, confidential sexual affair/relationship with a female non-shareholder employee.
All trysts were completely outside the main workplace but have occurred on business trips?
Both of us are married and for discussion purposes, assume that she has not and would not file a complaint.
I am not a supervisor and have no direct control over her salary or career progression (other than being a shareholder). We are in different groups but have some interaction on projects for which she is the project manager.
