I currently work at a resturant where the managers and staff members constantly discuss topics of a sexual nature, because I am a Christian and have made it known that I do not engage in those discussions nor do I care for them or to hear them or see any sort of sexual conduct like people grabbing womens body parts, I feel that it is sexual harassment to some degree. What are my rights?
