Seizing Bank Assets for supposed arrears

I received notice from Maximus support in Tennessee that my bank assets are being seized to satisfy a $1700.43 arrears claim. I contacted the child support office in the county I live(San Bernardino, Ca) and they said as of August 2008 I have a current balance of $0 with $0 in arrears. Can my assets be seized?

Apparantly there is an order outstanding from TN, not CA. If the orig order was done out of TN and they did not transfer it to CA then it is possible you have an arrears with TN one so you need to call them. Yes they7 can levy your bank acct.
