I been married to american citizen for almost 6 years,we got married here in Philippines,but when he return to the US,he did'nt file the petetion yet and he told me he filed it just last year because of some problems from federal loan that he have a back accounts and it reflect on supporting papers,thats what he told me,and now we are always arguing about the thing if he file any papers or not,how would i know if he file the a petetion?he doe'snt give me any case number either because he told me that all the papers is in his lawyer,if he does'nt file any petetion for spouse,is it consider that he still single and can remarry anybody in the US?
