Sealed Juvenile records during divorce?

Hi getting divorced, going to be fighting for joint custody of a child, can my spouse use a sealed California juvenile record against me? It has been twenty years since the offense and twelve since it was sealed. Any help greatly appreciated.

Probably not. It happened before you were 18 and your spouse knew of your history when he had a baby with you.
